As promised, Mr. Kennedy defeated Shawn Michaels before the start of 2008. Shawn Michaels wiggled out of the dreaded Green Bay Plunge and the Reverse STO, and then unwisely attempted to use Sweet Chin Music yet again. The move was well scouted by Mr. Kennedy, and he easily dodged the move. Clearly shocked at the ease with which Mr. Kennedy removed himself from harms way, Michaels then easily fell to the Reverse STO. A clean victory for Mr. Kennedy means big things coming for 2008.

Raw this week began with Shawn Michaels attempting to imitate the awesomeosity that is Mr. Kennedy. It was a slightly funny segment, which only demonstrates the greatness that is Mr. Kennedy. If only HBK thought of the stuff that he stole from Mr. Kennedy, he would have been a star like The Rock or Stone Cold. Instead, he is now a washed up has been who is going to be get pummelled by the future of sports entertainment.
One half of the Rockers has been decimated and added to the list on the right. Now its time for the other half. This Sunday. Mr. Kennedy! KENNEDY!

In an unprecedentedly entertaining segment, Mr. Kennedy brought out Razor Ramon, Diesel, and Marty Jannety, and then asked them their thoughts on Shawn Michaels. He even gave Razor Ramon a little "thanks for coming" comment, in a jab for Razor's no show at the TNA pay-per-view the night before. Unfortunately, Shawn Michaels came down and tried to break up the party, superkicking all of the ex-WWE superstars. Wisely, Mr. Kennedy left the ring before he could be cheap shotted by Shawn Michaels.
Later that night, Mr. Kennedy then decided to interfere in the Randy Orton - Shawn Michaels match. An obviously strong move, he then pummelled Shawn Michaels into the crowd, leaving Chris Jericho and Orton to have at it.

Tonight was a double victory for Mr. Kennedy. Not only did he cut a strong to very strong promo mocking Shawn Michaels' new DVD set, but he also annihilated former tag team champion Brian Kendrick. It was a very quick beating, ending with a new finisher (a reverse STO) for Mr. Kennedy. It is unclear as of yet what we are to call this utterly devastating maneuver, but regardless, we are sure to see Shawn Michaels on the receiving end of this move at Armageddon.

“You see Shawn Michaels, you see your career evaporating. You see young talent like myself, and you want to hold me down... But that is not going to happen. Father time catches up with everyone. Father time catches up with you. And I promise you that the next time we meet, you won't have to worry about Father Time. You'll have to worry about Mr. Kennedy."
Shawn Michaels - you are on notice. Not even sweet chin music into a chair into the face of Mr. Kennedy can prevent him from cutting an absolutely devastating promo on you. What follows is inevitable - him putting you into retirement. Booyah.
